Let's Talk

We like to get to know our clients before we start the design process. This also gives us the opportunity to discuss your needs and provide you with a proper estimate. Come in and visit with us and take advantage of our free design consultation. During our consultation, we will get a feel for your product/service and discuss multiple ways we may feel can help increase your online presence.


Domain Name Registration / Login Access

Once you have decided that Urban Media Co. will be your web design firm of choice and your invoice has been processed, we will need to make sure you have access to your domain name. If you are just starting out and you have not yet purchased your domain name, we can assist you during this process. However, we will not purchase the domain name for you. We ask that all of our clients maintain control of their domain name.



Design Layout Requests & Content Organization

Upon purchase, we will ask you to fill out our web design questionnaire and discuss with us any specific design requests and future goals you may have in regards to your website design.  Next, we will need your website's content. This is a very important part of the web design process. Our designers will need to know what type of content you would like to go into your website. We accept content in digital format only. *If you are not in a position to provide us content, seo copy writing service are available.



Design and Development

Once we have received all content and have proper develop expectations in place, we will get to work on designing you a beautiful new website. Once the mock up design is ready, you will be given access to view the website in progress and discuss revisions or changes with our web designer.



Final Review

Once the design is approved and all content is placed and we are very close to launch, we will go review all content/photos placed and check for any errors. During this time, we will also review all functionality placed into the website. We will check forms, menu function, sliders and more to make sure all is functioning properly before launch.



Email set up

If custom addresses are needed we can assist you with setting these up. Make sure you notify your account manager at this point and let them know that you will be wanting email service set up. *Please note: Email service can take up to 48 hours to propagate once your website is live.




Once we have your approval on the final design and we have received any final payments owed, we will then launch your website for you at your chosen domain. Your website will be live for the world to see anywhere from 1-48 hours depending on propagation.
